The character and pose look good but the background using the same shade of green and blue makes the character and background blend together a lot. What would help with this is if the background's colors were a darker shade of green and blue than the character's colors.

Yeah. I do see where you are comming from and i agree. Couloring the backround was an afterthought so i diddnt reely pay attention to the couloring.

i think it has recently extended to america, but moomin was always a big thing here in scandinavia, it's very pleasant drawing moomins, would recommend if you were to want one too.
