Nothing major but a couple bugs have been fixed again pointed out in the comments. Sorry about those.

Version 1.2

Bug fixes:

Fixed a bug where players wouldn't die when falling off the level in levels 1-3, 1-4, 1-5 and 1-boss.
Fixed a bug where tutorial text didn't change according to the control scheme chosen.
